Premium Gin
Our flagship Premium Gin is a small batch botanical spirit with subtle Juniper and notes of Coriander, Bitter Orange, Lemongrass and Licorice Root. The bright, floral notes of the botanicals are bound together with just a hint of local honey from our neighbors at Sleeping Bear Farms.
Vodka
Our flagship Vodka is carefully crafted from Corn. We make tight cuts during the distillation process to ensure the highest quality possible. We then filter with charcoal to create a clean, smooth drinking Vodka with subtle notes of Sweet Corn and a skosh of Citrus.
Bourbon Whiskey
A blend of 2 and 4 year old Bourbon create this smooth drinking Whiskey. A rich mouth feel leaves you exploring notes of Honey, Tobacco Leaf and Maple.

Agave Spirit
Our Blanco Agave Spirit is delightfully smooth. It is vegetal and has a slight sweetness and minerality with notes of freshly cooked Agave and a hint of Black Pepper on the finish.
Carla's Spicy Spirit
Created with Ancho, Pasilla and Guajillo Chiles, this Agave based spirit is full-bodied with a mellow sweet heat and notes of Raisin, Cinnamon and Cacao.
Carla's Envious Spirit
Created with fresh and fire roasted Poblano Chiles, this Agave based spirit is bright and vibrant with grassy, citrus and pineapple notes that finishes with a warm spice.
Coffee Liqueur
A rich and bold Coffee flavor best describes this liqueur. It rounds out nicely with notes of Brown Sugar and Vanilla, finishing with Walnut, Cinnamon and Clove.
London Dry Gin
