Our flagship Premium Gin is a small batch botanical spirit with low juniper and notes of coriander, bitter orange, and lemongrass. The bright, floral notes of the botanicals are bound together with just a hint of local honey from our neighbors at Sleeping Bear Farms.
In our rum, we’re using a high grade organic molasses, Ecuadorian Panela for a bigger, earthy flavor, and Kviek, a Norwegian farmhouse yeast. Our rum has hints of pinapple, mango, and tangerine, making it the perfect addition to our menu of craft cocktails.
The Furnace Street flagship vodka is a carefully crafted corn vodka. We make tight cuts during the distillation process to ensure the highest quality possible. We then filter with charcoal to create a clean, smooth drinking vodka.
